Legendary Director Ridley Scott’s ‘Prometheus’ was hailed as his return to Science Fiction, a genre he helped build with cult classics like ‘Alien’ and ‘Blade Runner’.
Even though the movie was supposed to be a prequel to Alien, it did little to connect the two movies. Not just that, it also divided audiences and critics worldwide by leaving a tonna questions un-answered. But then so did Alien, which was equally controversial when it came to theaters in 1979.
Moving Pictures Company (MPC) did the Environment and Visual Effects for key moments in the movie. Here’s a coupla clips to showcase the extraordinary work done by the studio and also explain what the Awesome Artists did to create these.
